This policy describes how PETREWO actually operates today. It has not been reviewed by legal counsel for every jurisdiction, including data-protection regulations like KVKK and GDPR where they may apply — if you have questions about how it applies to you, contact us using the details below.
PETREWO is a digital pet-products and community platform. Digital products purchased through the shop are the actual product files, delivered electronically to your account. Payment processing is being finalized — checkout does not currently collect live payments.
Products sold through the shop are digital and delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment. Access is provided through your account under My Purchases.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Accounts are stored on our server, so you can sign in from any device — passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
Digital products are licensed for personal use unless otherwise stated and may not be redistributed or resold. PETREWO has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive conduct on any part of the platform — including but not limited to harassment or bullying, threats or intimidation, hate speech, spam or scams, fraud, animal abuse or cruelty, and other inappropriate content. Listings, messages, profiles, and other user-generated content may be automatically screened and rejected before publishing. Every piece of user-generated content, and every user, can be reported for review. Accounts or content found to violate this policy will be removed, and repeated or serious violations will result in the account being suspended or permanently removed from PETREWO.
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. When they change in a way that requires your attention, you'll be asked to review and accept the new version before continuing to use PETREWO.
