Your account, pet profiles, tracker records, orders and downloads are stored in our database. Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text) and your login session is a secure, server-verified cookie. Your cart and a couple of UI preferences are kept only in your browser's local storage and never leave your device.
Payment processing is being finalized. No real card details are collected or stored by us or anyone else through the current checkout flow. This page will be updated once live payments are active.
If you accept optional cookies from the cookie banner, we record basic usage events (page views, product views, purchases) to understand how the site is used. No advertising or third-party tracking is used, and nothing is recorded if you reject optional cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

You can update your name from Account → Profile at any time. You can permanently delete your account and everything tied to it — pets, records, orders and downloads — yourself from Account → Settings, or by contacting us below.
